anyone have issues with the rubber around door

i have a 2019 platinum and its just a year old and this will be the 3rd time replacing/getting fixed by dealer. any help ?

 

They’re probably not giving the surface prep their all. You can do it yourself with a new single edge razor blade to carefully clean off the old tape if it’s stuck to the rubber, an inch of premium two sided trim tape to replace the piece that’s no longer sticky, some iso alcohol, and an adhesion promoter wipe. The rubber and painted side needs to be perfectly clean then adhesion promoter correctly applied. It’s a bit of a janky design.
