Weird. Thinking of doing the same thing as OP.Saw a 17’ 460 over the weekend. Reasonable prices on them if they are few years old. Doing some research on them currently.

Congrats you'll like it. I have had mine for a little over 1 month. I'm using mine as a trail/toy vehicle like Chris said. I kept my Tundra though.

Off-Roading in style. Makes me wonder what’s the limits of your Lexus? Have you done Eagle Rock yet off Old Stage Road?

So far Mt. Baldy and Balanced Rock Rd and a 3rd I cant remember off the top of my head. I did get high centered on a boulder of all places off of Mt Herman Rd. Still learning the crawl control. I think once I get locked front and rear plus regeared it will be even more capable. Having a center locking diff is nice.

Does yours have crawl control. I am thinking first mod is to add OEM crawl control feature

    Congrats on the new ride.
My wife only drives Lexus sedans, we love them.

Personally not a fan of this suv, size and shape is all wrong to me. LX are not bad though.
Now that I graduated from 4Runners to Tundras, I would not want to downgrade back to an suv, but to each there own, if it does what you need it to do, rock on :headbang:

I actually understand why you did this. We have a 2008 GX 470 and we would also like to get a new 2020 GX 460 for every day driving and not beating the crap out of in the woods. We have a 2018 tundra here as well and we bought it to tow a travel trailer which we decided not to do. Great truck just that payment to have a truck that I don’t need doesn’t make sense.

Congrats on the new GX. My wife drives a 2018 GX460 Lux and I love how smooth all of the controls are. Still haven't driven it offroad, but will soon hopefully.
