Coming from a 1 ton dually.

Spacer question? For the thicknesses one might choose where cutting down studs is required, if at some point the studs need to be replaced, is it a simple job? What I mean is, can I get them out without removing the axle shafts, bearings etc... Just pound or press them out while jacked up, easy access to rotor area without things in the way? Reason I ask, on my old dually the entire axle shaft had to be pulled out to access backside of studs to remove and install new ones. Clearance issues!!! Had I known that at the time I would have went a different direction with the spacer thickness.
