I recently purchased a 2016 Limited 4x4 double cab with only 30k miles on it.

Previous owner bought truck new in 2016, and was nice enough to purchase an extended warranty through Toyota (Toyota Financial Services / Vehicle Service Agreement) TFS/VSA. (Platinum VSA coverage). I believe this is a 3rd party insurance company that works with extended warranties.
Truck is covered until 2024 or 125k miles , which was sussfully transfered to me. ;)

I dont want to do any mods that would void any part of this warranty in case something happens within my coverage period.

Does anyone know if leveling the front end with the Bilsteins 5100 set at their mid setting would void any such future warranty on any of the suspension related parts if a part were to fail or wear out? I would hate to have a part fail (or wear out) and give them a loop hole to say " oh its not covered because you installed these parts that are not original equipment"

The following suspension parts are covered under this warranty:
front and rear bushings/bearings, control arm shafts, electronic suspension actuator/motor and compressor, front and rear coil springs, front and rear stabilizer bars, front leading arm, front spring assy, front spring shackle, radius arm, spindle, spindle support, steeringknuckle, strut rod, suspension spring shackles, sway bar link, torsion bar spring, upper and lower ball joints, upper and lower control arms, upper arn shaft.

What life can I expect to get out of the above parts in general?
What would be the first to wear out under normal highway driving?

Any advice , or experience with denied warranty of your own is greatly appreciated.

    thank you

I asked the same ??? before I bought my extended warrant through Toyota motor Corp when I purchased my 18’ New

I was told by dealer/ Toyota and several on this site that all factory parts will still be covered under warranty - just NOT the aftermarket parts that u install

But you NEVER know until the time comes when you have an issue

IMO - It’s your truck do what you want and don’t sweat what you can’t foresee

I installed a level / block kit when truck was a week old - saving up for a full suspension overhaul currently

    good luck

Some of the pre-2018 Gulf States, Toyota TSS packages came with dealer installed leveling spacer kits. Never heard of any being rejected for warranty claims. Ofcourse the aftermarket parts would fall under manufacturer warranty.
