Help with Trd pro wheels

Hi guys. I need some help. Can someone please send me a pic of a Trd pro 18" wheel valve stem and confirm if it is metal or plastic? I picked up a set of these wheels and took it to the tire shop to program tpms and the scanner can’t pic anything up. My tire guy is thinking ft Myers Toyota pulled some crap. The guy I got them from bought a truck from them and had bigger wheels and tires put on and they loaded up the pro wheels in his truck bed. I’m thinking the dealership pulled a switch on the sensors. The guy is totally under the impression that the wheels had sensors in them.

 

TPMS sensors has metal stems.

 

Thank you that was my thought. I ink the dealership pulled a fast one and stole the sensors out of the stock wheels. Now the question is if they double charged him.
