I feel the factory suspension is like riding on a boat.
Any recommendation if I don't want lift and don't do much off road?

Install rear sway bar, maybe the beefed up trd sequoia front sway bar.

Rear sway bar will only help on turns.
It has no effect on the ride going down the road.
But it does help on turns, love mine.

I hated the boat like ride of my 2014 DC.
Replaced the black shocks with 6112/5160 combo.
Now it rides stiff as f**k, even after 4 years.

Perhaps research Bilstein 5100 adjustable fronts since you don't plan to off-road.
Probably what I should have bought..:eek2:

I’ve heard the trd off road springs have a higher spring rate anyone confirm? If so maybe that would help you to if you don’t have an off road.

Air-Lift bags in the back, and 4600 series Bilstein shocks all the way around.

What tires are you riding on?

A lift would fix it. But if not You could try an add a leaf flat leaf in the back any spring place can cut one for you that would only lift it less than a 1/4” Bilstein 6112 at factory height would be stiffer.

I have been looking at the Eibach sport shocks once i change out the black tokico shocks. I have been reading it is better than stock but not as stiff as 4600s and you can choose no lift setting.
