So I have a '16 CM that I've done a complete LED swap on. I've installed the '14-'18 OEM Bi-LED Headlight Housing kit from Headlight Revolution, along with the supplied harnesses and had no issues. Ran those for a few weeks and they worked perfectly.

2 nights ago I installed the LED rear brake light bulb kit (also from HR https://headlightrevolution.com/2014-2019-toyota-tundra-led-rear-brake-light-bulb-kit/) as well as the rear blinker upgrade kit with 50w resistors (https://headlightrevolution.com/2014-2019-toyota-tundra-rear-blinker-bulbs-led-upgrade-kit/). Connections were made exactly as the instructional video shows but now when my headlights are turned off, the dash lights blink along with the turn signals. Turning the headlights on results in normal functionality.

See video I took tonight. I've taken the lights and connections apart, made sure everything looked right, and carefully reconnected everything again. I cannot figure this out. Looking for help!

    *Update*

Further troubleshooting indicates that the problem is with the brake lights, not the turn signals. My guess is that I need to add load resistors in line for these as well. If that works I'll be reaching out to Headlight Revolution to discuss why these aren't part of the brake light kits so hopefully future buyers don't have the same problems.

    **Resolved**

The brake lights needed load resistors. Picked up a set from the local parts store for about $15. I can only guess that Toyota made this happen so that it's painfully obvious that you have some really important lights out behind you (even though my lights technically still worked). Hopefully this helps somebody in the future.
