    Hello,

my 2018 Platinum CM. I replaced my map lights, dome lights, cargo lights and license plate lights, now my keyless entry is acting strange. I hit unlock to unlock drivers door and then again for the rest of the doors and it does nothing, I keep hitting it and then it unlocks just driver door again and then it unlocks the rest, almost like it’s losing signal. I can stand there next to my truck and lock and unlock the doors and every 3rd time I button mash to nothing happening. I disconnected the battery when I replaced the bulbs and now this. Any ideas? I also tried my spare key and it still acts the same. Very annoying.

Evening, can't help but notice that the "Cargo Lights" was on the list. From my understanding the antenna for the "key fob" is located in that area. Common problem area. I would replace LEDS back to OEM for the Cargo Lights and see if the problem is still there.

I changed my cargo lights to LEDS and so far no issues. I used @Headlight Revolution. Don't know if the brand makes a difference or not. But I've bought all of mine from them.

I put all OE bulbs back in and yes it went back to normal. So, I’m good with standard bulbs for right now.

Others have have had this same problem with some LED cargo lights. There’s another bigger thread somewhere here in the depths of Tundras on the issue, what bulbs were and were not working.

Instead of swapping the cargo bulbs back to oem, why not just turn the switch off and see what happens?

FWIW The led dome lights in my snowcat wipe out vhf radio reception. It's interesting how much RF noise they generate.

That’s what I did, didn’t feel like putting the shitty OEM bulbs back. Just turn off the auto cargo light switch that makes it turn on when doors open. After I shut it off, keyless and remote start went back to normal.

That is weird that an led would cause this. I randomly get double beeps when I lock mine with the remote, but that is with the switch off as well. :notsure:
