Ok so I thought I knew what I was doing and I bought LED headlights and fog lights for my 2015 SR5. I just installed the spyder projector w/DRL headlights and wanted to swap to LED. I ordered Beamtech H4 headlights as I was told I needed H4 because the low beam and high beam are together. When I went to install them the bulb would not fit in the housing (it was too big around). Is there something different I need to do? Also I read that HID do better in projectors than LED. Any thoughts on that. I don't know much about the lights and want to stay plug and play if possible. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Also the Fog Lights didn't fit but I think thats because I accidentally ordered H16 (European type). So I guess I am looking for advice on the best fog lights to order since I will be returning these as well.

    Thanks in advance.

Led's will not do well in projectors....they weren't designed for it. The only difference would be the light color.

They are but unless you buy a good kit they aren't worth the hassle. Cheap kits always have ballast or igniter issues.

I think some of the guys have had pretty good luck with HID stuff from Headlight Revolution in the past. Alot of us have moved over to LED products for reliability. @Headlight Revolution, can you assist the OP with a setup? Maybe he needs to fork out some dough and get some of the XB's :spending:

    My man

Toytec as a nice hid conversion for 80 bones. I’ve been running it in spyders for almost two years great cut off, great output.
Now that I’m thinking about it I’m going to order a back up these ballast aren’t going to last forever
