reading through some of these comments I appreciate the support you guys show greatly . And for anyone wanting products at cost I ask you this. Do you go to your job and do it for free?? This is my job. This is not a hobby for me . I feed my family this way . I pay my mortgage from this . I am speechless at the moment and remember why I hated forums so much and left them . Guys I am not here to screw anyone over but I have to make a living. You cant get Amazon pricing and expect top notch service and warranty as well. Thanks for all of you that have supported my small family business . We try to do right by everyone but it seems we are coming up short with at least 1 customer and that doesn't sit good with me at all.,

@james@tech12volts you’re awesome. You can’t win them all I guess buts it’s your care and concern that keeps people coming back. I bought a system from you based on everything that was said about you in the forum and I completely love the system and your service.

I didn’t price check you and nor did I care too. I’ve been burned way too many times by just trying to save a buck or two and I’m done doing that in my life.

I kinda wish you sold more things because it would make my life so much easier. I’d just ask for the right light bar for my truck (notice I didn’t say “best”) and I would trust that what you would send me was the best one for ME.

Its businesses like yours that are the heart of this country.

how dare you be human once in a while!!

    Be well everyone!

And THAT is why I'll keep coming back to you/your business. No one is perfect - people make mistakes. From what I've seen the VAST majority of the time everything's been fantastic; and the very few times that someone has had an issue that I've seen, you bend over backwards to make it right. That's all that anyone can ask. As the old saying goes, when it comes to getting product, you can pick two out of the following three - quality, cheap, and fast - but you can't have all three. I'll pick quality and fast, good support over cheap any day of the week.

Frankly, I'm not sure why anyone complains about cost. I know people don't like the C-word around here, but before I bought my Tundra and discovered you/your business, I bought stuff from Crutchfield. Sure, I could save money by getting it from Amazon, but the extra $ went towards technical support. The same goes for you, except they get personalized help/support - and in my case, I DID save money by buying it from you. Even if I didn't, however, any extra $ I might pay is well worth the service you provide. :)

No regrets with going with @james@tech12volts here. Price was fair, quality and service EXCEPTIONAL. Anyone who replies to our questions at crazy hours (as he did mine) has earned my business.

I was wondering if I was the only one? I've sent him emails around the buttcrack of dawn as well as late at night, "knowing" he wouldn't respond...and then he did. LOL
