I have a 2007 Tundra, when I hit around 40 miles/hour I hear a loud humming noise coming from under the truck. It goes away fairly quickly but than a wowwowwow noise comes on and that dissipates after 65 miles. Has anyone had an issue like this before?

may be a wheel bearing... You may need to prop it up on jack stands a turn the wheels to see if you get any catch, scrapping or any other weird noise....
