2008 no signal to fuel pump

Hi Everyone!

I have power to the back side of the fuel pump relay but no signal to the fuel pump. I bought the Haynes online manual and of course it doesn't show the fuel system electrical. Typical of my luck. The tank is out and new fuel pump waiting to go in but I'm stuck without 12VDC.
Please help.

Have your tried bench testing the fuel pump, check for blown fuse?

Chilton has the diagram. In all my online reading i never heard this vehicle has a FP ECU.
