Does anyone know if there is any of those more niche tires out there in either R18 or R20 that are on the narrow side but have a high aspect ratio? My previous truck was a Tacoma that I dropped a OME 3" lift into. After the lift I ended up running various 255/75/R17 Duratracs or 255/80/R17 Open Countries.

I enjoyed the narrower tires as I got better gas mileage over the 275 or 285 in the Tacoma, plus I really like the snow handling of the narrower tire. I'd like to go this route with the Tundra, I'm just struggling to find the tires that are like this for the Tundra.

Does anyone know or can anyone point me to a previous thread? I did some searching around with no real luck.

All I know is a lot of us went and inch taller and still stayed narrow with 275 70 R18. It did hit my milage but snow traction is awesome. Tundra is a heavy truck so getting good milage is variable. Get a tire other than a 10ply and good rolling rubber you should be good.

Thanks guys! Are most of you running a lift in the 2" - 3" range with these tires? I was going to do either a leveling kit or the same OME kit for the Tundra.

Found some good selection with 275/65/R20, can tell these are more of the niche tires as the price goes up considerably from the 275/60/R20!
