I have a set of spacers to install on the front to level. Getting conflicting stories. Does the shock/spring come out as an assembly or does the spring need to be compressed?

Comes out at an assembly as long as you loosen the proper bolts.

Do not remove the center top nut on the coil assembly. If you do not understand, seek further help.

    Alot of them
Which spacers do,you have? There is an "in coil" and the most common bolts to the top of the coil assembly. If yours has studs or looks like any of these pictured, then it bolts on top of your coil.

Update: Went with the spacers. Love the new look and ride. Couldn’t be happier.
