Speedometer vs Ultragauge vs Waze

2016 Inferno Tundra Double Cab OR

I recently installed the Ultragauge 1.4 MX on the Tundra and it is consistently reading 2-3 MPH lower than the Speedometer and Waze..

Speedometer in the picture is at 70 and Waze not shown obviously also shows 70.

The truck is running 275/70/18 Ridge Grapplers which I know has some effect on the actual speed of the truck.

Issue with calibration on Ultragauge? Any experiences here?

Side note: When calibrating Ultragauge for 38 gallon tank, are you guys setting it at 38 or 31-32 usable?
