2005 Tundra Limited...what’s it worth?

I’m trying to help my dad find him a truck before he retires. I’m hoping whatever he gets will last him a good long while. We’ve located a 2005 Tundra Limited 4 door. Truck is 4wd with the 4.7L motor and has roughly 76k miles. DVD player, sunroof, leather to name a few of the options. They’re asking $15k for it. What do you guys suggest paying for this truck? Also, what is there to be cautious of on this model truck? Best we can tell the truck is a 2-owner truck.

From what I’ve read on this forum you should especially check for frame rust and rust in general under the truck and see if the timing belt has been replaced , it may not have been because it’s suppose to last 90k miles but it’s past the time of 9 years .
