Yes I would go for the adjuster! I fine myself adjusting them when I’m off roading or weather I’m towing a heavy load!

Is the adjustment for compression or rebound?

How well do they improve street performance?

Honestly idk if it’s compression or rebound but I’m sure you can look that up! But they perform great on the street. I’m lifted and I set them on the firmer side to reduce body roll when cornering faster

Firmer setting, you would blow through your travel in the softer setting. Key is to find the right amount of high speed compression, and low speed compression that suits you. Don't know if you can finite adjust High and low speed rebound with Kings. You can with Fox.

How will the truck be used mostly?

King adjusters are good, but it's only a "Mid Speed" adjuster. Here are a couple tech articles that may help answer some questions about King Adjusters, and Fox DSC Adjusters. They are very different from each other:

    Some stuff
for the coilovers, the clickers are on the reservoirs, it is compression only. not rebound. to get compression and rebound, you need the bypass shocks.

Yea, just checked in the back and counted 29 as well. Not sure if it has been changed over the years

    Yeah
firm is definitely the way to go off roading! I have mine almost all the way firm sometimes, depending on how fast I’m doing!

Yea, even our article from a few years back says 24, and I get mixed numbers when searching online as well. A few clicks wont make a dramatic change, but consistency would be nice :)

Not at this moment. Running Pro suspension, but have tuned a fair amount of Fox suspension. There is so much adjustment with High and Low speed rebound and H/L speed compression it will make your head spin. But that what makes is fun too. If you want the most finite adjustment go fox, if you want simpler adjustment go King.
