I was shipped two passenger side assembled coil overs. Can these fittings be loosened and repositioned without discharging the shock? Thanks!

Just as a follow up to this, I got in touch with Icon and indeed the nitrogen needs to be discharged from the shock prior to trying to adjust these fittings. As far as customer service goes, Icon offered to correct this error for the cost of shipping. Seemed fair to me, however I think I'll check local costs first.

Am I understanding you correctly that Icon wants you to pay to ship one coilover back to them so they can fix the mistake they made?

I'm not sure Icon is to blame for this one. The retailer I purchased from (realtruck.com) was selling these at a very steep discount compared to others, and I suspect I got a returned/repackaged unit. I also received the incorrect reservoir mounts with this kit, which Icon has shipped replacements to me for no charge.

Understood. Then the shop should be paying to ship it since they gave you the wrong stuff (assuming they advertised a right and left coilover and that was your understanding when you bought).
