Had the same problem battery check out ok and terminals look good. Its the solenoid thats bad its in the starter. I had intermittent problems with it. One day just a click and than finally it started 10 months later one click and it started barley got it home changed starter never had a problem since. I had one code pop up that was crankshaft sensor but was related to the battery terminals somehow but checked your battery terminals make sure their tight and clean. If the problem keeps happening its the starter no doubt.

LOL, I had this same issue, except I swapped out the battery, starter fuse and relay for new ones and it did the same thing, verifying it was the starter.
