Considering purchasing a toy hauler to tow with my 2018 5.7L Crewmax 4x4. Is it safe to tow a toy hauler without the added weight in the rear? Currently I don’t have any toys to tow but plan to get one in a few years. I’m considering 19’-26’ length, not including tongue. Any recommendations on toy haulers would be appreciated. I’m in SoCal so most of my travels will be on the west coast. Here’s one that I was looking at. This is the Genesis Wandering 24’.

You will be overweight, on your tongue weight (hitch weight). Once loaded, you will be in 1 ton hitch weight ratings.

Don’t do what I did. The Tundra is a really great truck within the designed limits.

Check out the stickied thread that @AzureNightmare was so nice to link for you.
