This looks great! I was thinking about switching out everything with AJT items. The temp knobs and the chrome surrounds make me nervous. I may just do everything but those items.

They are easy and worth it. Watch the install video and follow along and pause it as you go. The reward is worth it!

After dinner what the girlfriend really wanted for Mothers Day was for me to get the boy out of the house so she could relax a little.

So we went outside and removed the charcoal filter from my air box. So I guess you can say it is pretty much a race car now haha.

If I remember reading about this before, it's there as some kind of emissions filter for "backwash" from the intake. Taking it out doesn't do much other than remove one more layer.

Most likely not a thing. But it makes the truck less California compliant, which makes me happy haha.

Sunday was sunny but a little bit chilly so I figured it was good enough of a day to change the grill.

Great photo. Spent a lot of time at Ft Irwin. Most of it in an OH58 or a Hummer. Would love to go back and hit the trails in my Tundra.
