I'm really starting to wonder why I wanted to build one myself. I got more than that in linear rails, gear rack and 3:1 drives.

I was gonna do the same thing! A guy I knew had like a $20k table, I was like screw that I can just design and build one myself. Then I came across these guys in October and went ahead and bought their table and it's worked flawless and used a few times a week ever since. I think I'm in it $1800 minus the plasma which I already had, and that's for roughly a 2x3 table with water bed. They just released a double supported beam table versus the cantilever like I have, it's a 3x4 table and starts around $2500ish. I've only had one thing so far that I had to cut in half and weld together because it was too big, but 98% of the stuff I do is brackets and things under 12" long so this table works fine for what I need, plus is small enough to tuck into the corner.

it is awesome. I was still using the old bot anchor one and it's night and day better. Bluetooth my music to it from my tablet and not have to put my tablet where it's dirty/dusty. I'd recommend it.

Indeed I do!! It been to hell and back with me!! And for a Tarus it's been super reliable. Thankfully I have never needed it in a life or death situation.
