I found a clean 2010 Tundra, 5.7 4x4 "extended cab" with towing package. It also has a cap on it that I'm not really a fan of, but whatever.

    79,000 miles.

Asking price is $ 17,900 but I can probably get the guy to come down a bit since there are several 2010 trucks on cars.com right now with less miles listed at 16k.

I know to look for frame rust, body rot, cam tower leak. Anything else I should watch out for? It's a one owner truck that was dealer maintained.

Thanks in advance for any help.

try to see if the water pumps leaking at all and get dealer records. I always call the dealer and give them the vin then they will email you the full history on the vehicle.

Usually if it's a dealer you can get the carfax for free. Look at it to see where it spent it's life. Just because it's close to you doesn't mean it's local. When i was looking I found several that were used for pulling an RV. In the summer it would be in the rust belt but all the winter records would be in the warn states. You can also get an idea of how close they were when it came to changing the oil when it was due.

    No, it's local. Private seller.

Supposedly he has all of the maintenance records since it's been dealer maintained since new.

He said it best. awesome trucks, I love my second gen. Id look out for the bed rot issue, happens behind the wheel wells near the tail gate on both sides.. my truck had it pretty bad when I bought it, the previous owner told me that it was from a "space cap" he had on the truck (it was used as a work truck before I bought it used) but I've since found out from reading threads here that they rust from the bottom side up where the bed sits on the cross member on the frame. wasn't a deal breaker for me but I'm a welder/fitter so a little metal work doesn't bother me a whole lot
