Hi, I'm new to the site, and have owned my Tundra for less than a year, with no problems, until now. I have a 2011 with the 5.7, Flex Fuel, and 151,000 miles. I had the P2443 code, but seemed to run fine. I read up on the air valves and pumps and the water intrusion problem, so I purchased a new valve and two new pumps from RockAuto and replaced them without any problems. I bought the new snorkle with the little hood on it. I put new gaskets between the emissions valve and the tubes that go to the cylinder heads, and new intake manifold gaskets. I checked out the tubes between the pumps and valve and they were clean and dry, so I didn't replace them. Now, I have codes P0412, P0415, and P2438. My 4L and traction control lights are on, and the truck is now in limp home mode. I've tried resetting the ecm by disconnecting the battery both terminals, and put a fresh charge on the battery while it was disconnected. I checked all my connections and fittings, so I know that I didn't leave something undone. I know there have been a ton of posts on this subject, so seems to be a problem with these trucks. I appreciate any thoughts/suggestions. I'm running out of options before I take it to the dealer for troubleshooting.

Don’t know the details but Toyota extended the warranty for these. Just call the dealer and give them your vin and they should be able to verify if it’s still covered.

Does the valve include the sensors? Could be several other things too, toyota has made this too complicated, what happened to simple...

just get a tuner and clear the code and you’ll be good. just clear it everytime it comes on. it’s annoying but only like $430

Thanks for the comments. Consistently, I have read that the extended warranty was for 10 years, or 150,000 miles. I'm at 151,000, but won't hurt to give the dealer a call. What's the "tuner" that Salsa mentions? I have a code reader, and can read and erase codes, but that doesn't seem to be erasing the codes. I assume the valve includes the sensors, but can't confirm.

Thanks, Salsa. So, you've had a good experience with the Bullydog? Have you seen an increase in MPG? Thanks!
