I have the same tires size on with TRD Pro wheels(60mm offset) and 1 1/4 Spidertrax spacers. I also have a 3/1 ReadyLift kit on. Try and reverse with the steering wheel turned fully left or right, it should rub.

 

They don’t the Pro Comp kit and some skid plate trimmed and front flap removed all good.

 

80 psi is way too high.

I’m running the exact same tire and size and I am at 40 PSI for daily driving. You are at double that. 80 has got to feel like riding on bricks.

 

I just checked and they are at 40 psi.
