    2000 Toyota Tundra
    Hello all!

New to the Toyota truck world. I bought my 2000 Tundra last summer. Towards the end of 2019, I did a trans fluid flush on my own. When I went to drop the trans pan and removed the filter to replace it, a bunch of ball bearings fell out. At the time I had no idea what to do with it.

Long story short, it doesn't shift anymore. When I tried to get it in my garage, it really didn't want to shift at all and I forced it until I made it in. Driveway is at a steep angle. Now it doesn't go in reverse at all. I can manually pull on the linkage to put it in neutral and that's about it. It'll move forward but not reverse. Talked to a few trans shops and one guy says my clutches are probably welded together. Makes sense.

So I've been trying to search for a replacement 4x4 2000 AT, but prices are really high ($1000+).

Is the other year 4x4 AT compatible with the 2000 model year? Want to know because I don't want to sink some money to find out the connections differ.

    Any help would be appreciated.

I am from the Wichita, KS area so any leads would be helpful too. I tried looking up my local pick and pull yards and no one has one for grabs.

For the year 2000 trans, it's few and far. Like I mentioned earlier, a lot of them go for about $1000 shipped. Yet 2001-2006 years are half the cost. Do you know if their compatible?
