I am wondering if the 2005 tundra Cornerlights will fit in a 2001. They look eerily similar has anyone tried this conversion?

I don’t think so. The lights are the same between 00-04 and then they changed.

I thought it was just the double cabs that were different. I thought acess and SC still used the single bulb in the later years?

Not from what I’ve seen. Pretty much everything after 2004 uses different lights. Single and access cabs I think are the same but they are different from double cabs I believe.

After 04 look the same but have different mounting tabs. If you get 05 headlights you may be able to make it work, but better off running 00-04 corners.

I was looking at these and they are the closest I can find to a clear corner light for the 2000-2004. If anyone knows someone with the clear corners send em my way lll pay a pretty penny for a pair

Since you're willing to pay "a pretty penny" have you looked into if there are any companies that are able to replace your lenses with clear ones?

Actually I have bud and no one makes a clear lens you would have to buy the whole corner assembly which have been discontinued hence why i said id pay a pretty penny to someone selling them. I don’t know what you were trying to achieve by mocking me but I guess It was a good try

I'm guessing the clear ones are "off-road" use only. They lack the amber reflector required by law most places. Probably why they are hard to find. Don't think the other poster was mocking you, merely quoting you.
