    It's actually very easy. 5 minute job. Just buy that part and replace the non-lighted piece. Remove 2 screws, pop off the bottom panel of the steering column. The keyhole surround piece is just held on by some clips. Remove then replace with the lighted piece. Everything is already wired for. Plug n play basically.
