I'm getting the error codes P141 and P146 consistently and more frequently (weeks rather than months apart). What is the fix?

    P0141 & P0146 = replace all o2 sensors (denso)

I'm approaching the same miles as the OP.

Should I just change all my sensors on a preventive basis?

    It doesn't look that hard.

Negative. Unless you are having run problems or error codes related to the o2 sensors/air fuel sensors you should be good to go until you actually get a code.
