So to start off I had a 5 channel memphis amp installed and 3 ways with crossovers and components in the back doors. Never had a issue with my installer in 18 years until this time. Sound will shift to 1 speaker randomly out of knowhere. Sub used to beat hard as hell out of the blue and then go quiet. Now sub will not even kick on. I grounded the amp properly and there is still massive interference at times coming through the speakers at times. Anybody in vegas want to help me figure this shit out bros.

Sounds like it could be the wires at the crossover have worked themselves loose.

The sub could have the same issue.

As for the interference, is it there when the engine is off, engine on, or both?

interference occurs just at random times. Both engine on and off. sounds kind of odd bc all the sound shifts to just 1 speaker.

Is the amp an older one? Even on newer amps things like this happen often.

I'm just going off an educated guess though.
Any chance you can borrow another amp? Doesn't have to be a 5 channel. A 4 channel would be able to diagnose it.
