Chopping a skid plate?

    In the middle of a suspension/lift install. My truck came with the aluminum skid plate (the less expensive one). Not sure I like how wide it is, nor am I really fond of the side supports with the Allen screws. Has anyone cut theirs down? Or should I just pitch it?
