Anyone ever have anything similar? Driver side is fine, this just appeared over the past day or two. On that note, anyone know where the best place to buy OEM headlights is?

You may not need new headlights - is it possible the bulb itself came loose and allowed moisture to enter that way? This happened to me with my old Tundra. I put a desiccant packet on some fishing line and shoved it in there, then taped up the hole with masking tape. Let is sit for a long weekend while I was out of town anyway. Dry as a bone when I got back.

Just replace it, good after market ones for about $120 on Amazon. I replace one on my 14 Camry, look as good as factory.

Not sure. I’ll check tomorrow. Hopefully that’s it, that’s a good idea too

More than likely it's the small gasket . I'm having the same problem with my tailights. They wear out and you lose the seal, or they pop out all together. As far as headlights, a lot of members are going with the Morimoto XB or the Alpharex Pros. The latter being the cheaper route. I wouldn't mess with Spyders or your cheaper copies, the fitment sucks.

Took it apart today. Everything was tight. No loose connections. I think it’s one of the rubber seals around a bulb so I’m going to replace it outright. Do I need to purchase both sides or I can just do the one?

Just changed my mind because I remembered this only started a few days ago after I pressure washed the truck. Gonna try desiccant packets, see if it comes back. Hopefully it’s something that only happens under pressure and not due to rain/puddles.

Our 2006 4runner had moisture in the passenger headlight and I took it out ,dried it out with a hair drier and then sealed around it with silicone rubber. I haven't seen any moisture in it since.

As mentioned, it's most likely one of the bulb seals.

Good idea. Drying it out now, I’ll go over the seals with something.

So, an update. Went over the rubber parts with some caulk and caulked around the casing where the clear part and black part meet. I also sprayed over the entire rear of the assembly with flex spray (obviously I taped the holes so none got in the actual headlamp). Zero moisture right now. If it fails I’ll purchase a new one.

:fingerscrossed: Do you have leveling motors? I can send you a link to the OEM headlights from Toyota if you need it.

The 4Runner link below could help someone out when their main headlight seal fails. There may be similar write ups for Tundra online too idk but this should help.
Basic removal of headlight housings for my Tundra vs my 4Runners differed but both are easy, just dont mess with aiming adjustment screws.

My 07 4Runner drivers headlight housing seal leaked for a yr. It not only looked annoying moisture blows bulbs early too! Once a bulb exploded inside mine after water hit its hot bulb I decided to replace both housings.
Both just so my truck won't look wrecked/fixed in front.
Problem was I learned the new aftermarket housings fog/yellow over & leak even quicker than Toys originals.
So like many 4Runner owners, I removed my housings and just followed the tint write up below (link). This fixed both my OEM housings simply buying a tube of high grade sealant ($6 back in 2015 or 2016?? Idk cost today?
Black, White, Grey, Pink whatever sealant floats your boat but a really good one that lasts..lol I used Grey (Permetex brand I believe?). Well Grey anyways so it blended in nice & my messy work was totally hidden:)
I didn't tint mine, I only borrowed a part of this here & there. Just the Heat/split/clean/re-seal part...Ok' well most of this plans parts. But its such a great plan man..lol
Its an easy DIY repair & wow' it sure worked great! They looked brand new in/out, its super cheap, inside stayed dry again & your part # are still OEM. Just can't beat it!
I sold this truck to a family freind since but I know its never leaked yet or he'd rolled up having me fix them free again like I said I would.
If this isnt needed yet put it in your pocket for later. Good chance you'll need it.
