2008 Tundra Limited

Going to look at a 2012 Tundra DC limited. Has 90K miles. Has leer canopy and Navigation. Asking $22000. The video makes it look great. Other than the air pump anything else to lookout for? Doesnt the 5.7 L have a timing chain? What about water pump? I looked at nada Edmund's and kbb. Seems priced well. Would like to get it closer to $20,000. Thoughts?
