Are there any protector shields you can purchase that will eliminate the rubbing but will still protect the inside of the bumper?

Coachbuilder makes bumper shims that push the whole bumper out a half inch. They're really easy to install.

I’m looking for more of a protection piece to place on the inside of the front bumper. I took the original piece off that was on came on it because it was rubbing on the tires.

Some do the bumper extensions and then take a heat gun to the OEM liners to push/mold them away from the spots the tires are hitting. That is much easier than taking raw material and making your own liners for that area (some have done this).

Am not aware of aftermarket liners that are bolt on if that is what you are looking for.
