    Yeah the arrows on the OEM filter indicate top of filter. Not airflow.

    Yes. They are replacing with OEM. After market who knows I guess it varies but Toyota specifies top of filter.

    I swear the cabin filter in my '07 was 10 years old (never changed or cleaned)... I had to fight with it just to remove it. Air flow was restored once I replaced the filter, and I check it every few months.
