    Haha....never really thought about it. I don't like my bikes laying on their sides. I've had the rack a while and just always use it. It takes about a minute to mount it on the truck, and the the bike is nice and secure. Could even be locked onto the rack if necessary (the rack has its own integrated locking system). :notsure:
