    Hi everyone,

New member... I'm looking at buying a 2010 TRD model with 200,000 kilometers on it. Dealer is asking $17,000 CAD for it. We haven't done the back and forth yet, but I'm just wondering, is this in the ball park for this year and kilometers? Seems on the low side from what I've seen online...?

The truck is pretty clean inside and out aside from chips above the windshield that are beginning to rust and rust chips around the rear wheel wells. Seems to drive good. Pouring rain the day I test drove so I haven't crawled around underneath to look for any frame rust or anything abnormal under there...

I'm also wondering how many of you have 200k+ kilometers and what has started to go on yours? Or what has already gone that you needed to replace? Just wondering if there is a bit of a pattern of things to watch out for. I know these trucks are super durable and dependable but any info would help and is greatly appreciated!

    Thanks everyone!

I have a 2011 TRD model that will turn over 400,000 miles in a few days. Only repairs required so far are fuel pump, starter and alternator. Still runs very well and is used as a work truck. A607D800-22D9-4E09-87B6-917DF31F8BB0.jpg

I have been a small business owner for many years and my tundra is the best truck I have ever owned.

Got our 07 with 130k miles, still drives like a much newer truck. No issues.

Check NADA and KBB for values if available in Canada.

Inspect frame / underside for excess rust, salt in northern areas seem to affect the Tundras adversely.

    Good luck.

I got my '07 with 270,000 and I am the 4th owner of this former work truck, it's just used as my pleasure performance daily driver now ... should hit 300,000 miles later this year. Since buying it I have replaced the fuel pump, added a performance tune, cat-back & air filter. It runs & drives better than new, love the 5.7

Thank you everyone! I'm going to inspect the under side today and hopefully get myself into this Tundra this week if all goes well!

Doing unit conversions, that's 124k miles for $12,700ish USD. In my neck of the woods in Tennessee that's on the VERY cheap side for a Tundra with a clean title and those miles, assuming it run/drives good. Of course trucks in my neck of the woods don't rust and I would never buy a rusty truck.

Look underneath it really well for rust. Keep in mind that if its rusting along that upper lip of the windshield trim, it will start to leak because there will eventually be a hole in the metal. Keep in mind the price of that rust repair, it isn't an easy or cheap fix.

I love my 07, can't complain for 12k at 116 miles. After learning more about the new gens, I myself would go for a 2009 with the 4.7 , last year, and no A.I.P. issues. If the TRD came with a 4.7 I would go for that. Just extra cab for me. I would like one with all the bells and whistles. I think you have to get a Crew Max for that. It's a matter of how much horsepower you need I guess. The 4.7 is million mile engine, not sure how long the 4.6 and 5.7 will last with out any issues.
