Pic is a year old but a 6 inch lift. Happy so far with no issues.

 

I blacked out the chrome with plasti dip and it turned out nice but am switching to the color match soon.

 

Awesome truck. What LEDs are those in your grille?

I picked mine up 2 weeks ago! Here's a list of what I've done, and will be doing soon.

Completed:
- Remote Start
- Tint
- Window Deflectors
- De-Badge
- Blacked out "Tundra" badges on doors
- LED bar in front bumper

In progress/waiting for parts:
- Spyder Headlights (parts are enroute)
- HID Headlight Conversion kit (parts are enroute)
- Switchback LED kit (parts are enroute)
- Spyder Tail lights (waiting on headlights)
- Raptor Amber LED mod (parts are enroute)
- Door mounted LED bar across top roof (bracket enroute)

To be completed later:
- TRD Pro Grille
- TRD Pro hood bulge

Love the red, just loved the blue a little more. Good looking trucks guys.

Just finished installing the Spyder Tail Lights. With an LED back up light upgrade. 30 mins start to finish. Super easy! Headlights to follow soon.

Yea, these are the smoked lens. I got the SYLVANIA ZEVO 7440 T20 White LED from Amazon. They were $24.24 with amazon prime.

 

Picked mine up in December. IMO the Barcelona red looks really good on the Tundra.

 

I agree. The color is bad a** looking!! Especially when you start to add black accents.

 

I just finished the smoked head lights. Took about 2.5 hours for everything. And I'm a beginner at this. And I was able to swap over the auto adjust motor to the new Spyder head lights as well. It was super easy.

 

Awesome! I'm sure lots of people will like some info in how you did the motor swap.. Help us out.

8mm socket in an impact drill. Loosen enough to twist the motor unit. (There's a grove it locks into on the back you can see if you look between the motor unit and head light.... loosen enough so you can twist it out of that groove) once twisted.... continue loosening and giving it a slight pull. It will release and come out completely. I don't suggest using a flat head screw driver as the motors bolt is plastic and will easily strip. If you look closely you will see a small nipple on the motor housing in the first picture. Also, reuse the o-ring... some of the others might not be as good of quality.

 

Tint is always one of the first things I do on a vehicle!!

 

I love em! I went with the smoked head and tail lights! And the LED back up light is a nice plus!

 

I will say though... I had the tail lights installed for about 3 hours before I did the head lights... looked odd without the matching in the front.

Basically these gen 3 trucks just plain look great! No matter what color. For me, I was relieved to find the white. Almost got stuck with the infernal orange. It's just not me. Except for a rare occasional custom show job, this Barcelona red is the best red I've seen!
