08 Tundra CrewMax

I have 08 and I have a B&W turnoverball hitch and I’ve got a set of firestone airbags that I want to add but I’m have trouble mounting the. It shows the the air stem from the bags goes thru the same hole that the hitch is bolted thru the frame. Has anyone modified it to work and if so how. Or any suggestions. Thanks
