    Key came apart. Had to tap it back in with a hammer/punch.

    Noticed from new the keyed part had a little play in it, could feel a bit of movement. Didn't think much about it, but it would slip off a few times when using. Now that I drove it back in, guessing more than it was, there is no movement at all. Maybe not assembled correctly from Mfg.

    Not sure if it could be welded, it is fairly tight in there.

    The fit was very tight, could not be pushed in by hand. Now that I have driven/pounded back in it is much more secure than previously. Thinking OK now.
