XB Headlights Refunds NOT RECEIVED EXPLAINED/SOLVED!

    Hello Tundras.com. As many of you know there was a alot of problems with some of the refunds that was sent out for the xb headlight group buy. Before explaining what happened I'd like to apologize to those who's refund was canceled and refunds not received!

    We sent out emails stating the issues why the refunds wasn't received, if you haven't received the email then this post will shed some light. As stated in the original group buy thread, issues were sent out and proof was provided to customers and to the admins here.

    We received a security email from the payment gateway used at the time (Stripe). There was a security breach in their system in November 2019 which affected some Marchant accounts and their customers. Payments, refunds, transfers and other transactions was hacked in their security system. This caused some order payments not to be received and some customers to not receive their refund. In the email instructions was provided by Stripe stating for all customers affected to contact their bank and report the issue for their accounts security. Some customers refunds are still under investigation by Stripe and their banks. We have received info that any refunds not received will be issued within the next 30 days.

    The refunds issued priority to breach were not affected which was why those who requested a refund in October received it without issues.

    Because of this breach we no longer use Stripe as a payment method. I'm not here to sell anything, I'm just explaining what happened as most of you think my business is a scam. Again I apologize for all of the inconvenience this caused! We are still dealing with angry customers and doing our best to make sure everyone receives their full refund.

    Your excuses are never ending. Good riddance and thanks for not selling anything. Was your email broken for customer service in previous products too? (You’ll surely find an excuse, like spam filters from 1994)
