LED Lights Galore. Mostly Stock

I'm looking to upgrade my front bumper on my '12 Tundra. I'd like to mount a winch and a light bar, but don't want to drop $1200 + on a bumper. I don't have unlimited funds for my truck builds like some people on here, and just want the best bang for buck. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!
