After years of talking and dreaming, I finally started. Looking for suggestions on a winch please. I was thinking about this one from Warn -> VR EVO 12-S - 103255 https://tinyurl.com/s4bv32v

Oh...and that's a free fire pit from FabFours as part of their promotional deal.

The sun came out, now if dries up I can get this installed today God willing :). I have to do the pre-assemble on this monster bumper first; here's a look at the included LED light kit and frame hardware.

Did you upgrade your front coils?

That's phase 2 :). Surprisingly I didn't notice any drop in the front, I'm sure it must have lowered a bit, but it's imperceptible to me. That being said, I'm in the hard decision making process of what coils to go with. I want to do full suspension front/rear upgrade and considering the Fox, King and Icon, a modest lift of 3-4 inches (want to keep it low enough I can still work out of the bed w/o needing a step ladder :) ).
Any suggestions from you that have already done so?
