I have a 03 Tundra extended cab. Looking for a tailgate lift support. I know Dee Zee doesn't have one listed for the 1st gen, any suggestions?
Also has anyone installed the led brake light strip below the tailgate.Since there is limited room a assume only a 1 layer strip would work.

Been loving mine. Don’t let the fact that the assist strut isn’t tucked away perfectly scare you away. This thing is stout. No more bicep tears affecting my Hand Model career.
