Ram Mount - Ez'Rollr

Has anyone used these for securing an Ipad on the dash? I have an ipad pro 11 that I am trying to use for mapping on an upcoming hunting trip and curious how well this mount holds the ipad.

 

Not in the Tundra but I use this to mount my 12.9" iPad to my concept 2 rower. Works perfectly. Holds it tight. Easy to get the iPad in and out of the mount.

yes they are fine. I use mine with ipad air 2 on ram ball mounted on dashboard.

in your case: dashboard -> ICS or Rago mount -> RAM ball or insert ->ram arm-> ram ipad mount -> ipad

 

I've been using an Armor-X case on my iPad for use in the truck & kayak. I like that when the iPad isn't mounted you don't have a huge mount taking up space on your dash. Instead it's just a locking connector that connects to the back of the case so it's low-profile (they are Ram mount compatible as well). Won't work if you don't want a case on the iPad though. Only complaint is that shipping took a while since they're out of Hong Kong.
