Hi everyone, hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas! I got the Headlight Revolution kit for the interior of my ‘14 Crewmax. When I installed them, the interior lights are no longer working. I believe I blew a fuse, but these lights were designed to not blow fuses so I’m not exactly sure of what the issue is. Any ideas on a possible solution? Thanks everyone! @Headlight Revolution

You blew the fuse from installer error. Not the lights fault.

I’ve read many people have this issue, not sure how to avoid blowing the fuse. I followed instructions just like HR shows in the videos.

it’s very easy to bend the contacts the wrong way and have them make contact when you think you’re putting the bulbs exactly between the slots. Just have to be careful and be sure the base is between the contacts before you push the bulb in

I see, well, how should I fix the issue? Do you know which fuse it is?

I had a similar issue, left side map light didn't work I changed the fuse and still nothing later found out it was the on - off - on push switch which apparently is sensitive to electrical mishaps. I pushed to hard trying get it in. Hopefully in your case it is just the fuse.

Uh oh, that’s scary. So I replaced the 7.5 amp with a 15 amp and they worked, so tomorrow I’ll run by the autozone and replace the 7.5 amp fuse.

I didn't know anything about that switch until someone mentioned it, I was about to buy a new map light assembly that costed about $300.

No, they didn’t in the video so I didn’t think about it.

I thought I messed up a switch and only bent a pin in the overhead.

Pain in the ass but easy to fix
