Question about trd rock warrior wheels

    Hey all,
    It's been awhile since posting. Been pursuing my CDL. I just had a question about rims on my 2012 TRD Rock Warrior. They are the stock 17" rims, but I noticed on every rim there was adhesive residue and every rim there were what looks like weights attached(see attached image). My first thought was for balancing. But I haven't a clue what they are. Anyone have any idea of what they are? 20191229_154943_HDR.jpg
