2019 Toyota Tundra Crewmax

1.75 Rough Country Leveling Kit

Going to install a set of EAG fender flares. Slowly but surely getting the decorative rivets installed after trimming and filing around most of the holes. Have a question about the L brackets that are suppose to be installed somewhere? The instructions aren't very clear about where. Sent an email to the seller and received a photograph of the instructions I already have, but really no help in where the L brackets go? Any help out there on this would certainly be appreciated.
