07 Tundra issue

I have an 07 Tundra with a 4.7 engine. I had the code for the camshaft positioning sensor bank 1. I replaced the sensor and cleared the code and it keeps coming back at start up. Also, both O2 sensor are reading 3.400 volts. Has anyone had issue or what would cause it.
