Where to Run Mag Mount CB Antenna?

Diamondback HD Tonneau

I’m going to be installing a magnetic mount antenna for a CB radio. Where’s the best location to run the coax cable? Window/door gasket? What about thru the rear power window gasket?

Anyone try this? Other ideas? I have a Diamondback HD, so a side rail mount is not possible and I don’t want to drill....
